They needed to conduct an independent technology evaluation to fully understand the app’s further development potential. They also needed to understand the app’s licensing, quality, lifecycle and maintenance aspects – as well as any risks, dependencies, and requirements to be aware of.

The Solution

Asteroid reviewed the software using an established methodology consisting of interviews, static code analysis using automated tooling, and hands-on expert evaluation of the codebase, system architecture, and development practices.
